In January 2020, I took a leap of faith and decided to stop hiding behind hair dye. At 12 years old, I found my first silver strand and have spent a few decades being ashamed and embarrassed about something that was naturally mine.

As my hair grew and I became increasingly aware of who I really I was, part of that journey included an increasing feeling that it was time to start pursuing music more seriously. God whispered in to my heart that it was time to start sharing. So I did. In October 2020, I released my first music video and have since garnered more than 1,000,000 views.

I write music under my given name, Joelle, which you will see on my music and songs I have written for others. But everything I release as an artist is under my pseudonym or artist name, Bravely Gray. 

It has been such a pleasure to share both my silver hair journey and my music journey simultaneously. They go hand in hand as I dig deep to discover, accept and share who God made me to be.
